Creditreform Rating heeft een BB + sf rating met een stabiele outlook (voorheen BBB-sf (restricted)) toegekend aan CE Credit Management Invest Fund 1 B.V. Ook is de uitgevende instelling nog bezig met de plaatsing van obligaties. De uitgevende instelling heeft in de afgelopen periode portefeuilles aangekocht met een hogere ouderdom maar stabiele kasstroom. De verwachting is dat de gemiddelde ouderdom na plaatsing van het volledige bedrag weer in lijn ligt van de verwachting waardoor de geconstateerde asset-liability-mismatch zal worden opgeheven.

The issuer has recently purchased portfolios with a higher age but stable cash flow. The expectation is that the average age after placement of the full amount will be back in line with the expectation that the identified asset-liability mismatch will be lifted.
